We are now taking orders for delivery of our fresh Jacob lamb on Friday 16th May, and for delivery of our fresh, naturally reared beef on Friday 23rd May.

Highland Cow in GallowayThe Highland and Galloway beef plus the Jacob lamb, hogget and mutton that we furnish is of the highest quality and all derived from cattle and sheep bred, born, raised and finished in Galloway.

This fine, grass fed Scottish beef, lamb, hogget and mutton may be ordered either by telephone or electronically.  It is offered fresh in sealed vacuum packs, delivered free by overnight courier in insulated cool boxes or to personal shoppers at our Whithorn premises who may buy fresh or frozen.

Scottish Organic Beef and LambOur Organic meat is prepared by a butcher licensed by the Scottish Organic Producers’ Association.   All our Galloway and Highland beef is fully matured and hung for a minimum of three weeks after slaughter.
The products supplied by the Galloway Meat Company are wholly traceable and guaranteed to be of premium quality.
