THE GALLOWAY MEAT COMPANY
The Highland and Galloway beef plus the Jacob lamb, hogget and mutton that we furnish is of the highest quality and all derived from cattle and sheep bred, born, raised and finished in Galloway.
Our Organic meat is prepared by a butcher licensed by the Scottish Organic Producers’ Association. All our Galloway and Highland beef is fully matured and hung for a minimum of three weeks after slaughter.
The products supplied by the Galloway Meat Company are wholly traceable and guaranteed to be of premium quality.
